We serve a global audience of people who want to make money online, and our sales reps are often the direct connection between our brand and our clients’ success stories.
As we continue to scale, we’re seeking driven, persuasive, and results-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and has a proven ability to close deals.
Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for speaking with qualified inbound leads, understanding their goals, and enrolling them into our programs when there’s a strong fit. You’ll follow a proven sales process while bringing your own personality, empathy, and persuasion skills to every conversation.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless lead handoff and with the operations team to ensure clients have an exceptional onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Take booked calls with qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
Handle both inbound inquiries and follow-up calls with warm leads.
Conduct needs-based sales conversations to understand client goals and challenges.
Clearly communicate the value of our programs and address objections effectively.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet enrolled.
Keep detailed records of interactions and pipeline status in HubSpot CRM.
Hit or exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Work closely with setters to ensure a steady flow of high-quality appointments.
Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Proven sales experience (closing or setting) — preferably in high-ticket offers, coaching, or digital products.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and lead conversations with confidence.
Skilled at objection handling and guiding prospects to a decision.
Comfortable working with CRM systems like HubSpot.
Goal-oriented and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet in live conversations.
Bonus: Experience selling online education, info products, or coaching programs.
