About Us
Edegree.io is a fast-growing digital education brand committed to building world-class learning experiences. Our mission is to empower creators and educators by combining high-impact content with cutting-edge operational systems. We produce everything from online courses and digital products to content-driven marketing campaigns.
Our products are the heart of what we do — from premium online courses and coaching programs to high-converting templates and tools. We serve a global audience of people who want to make money online, and our product team ensures that every offering is high-quality, impactful, and scalable.
As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of our digital products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into tangible products, understands the customer journey, and knows how to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Role Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy, design, development, and optimization of our digital products — ensuring they meet market demand, exceed customer expectations, and align with our business goals. You’ll work directly with the founder, creative teams, and marketing to bring product concepts to life and continuously refine them for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of digital product development, from ideation to launch to ongoing optimization.
Research market trends, audience needs, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers to develop engaging, high-value online courses, templates, and tools.
Define product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee the creation of product assets — videos, written content, workbooks, tools — ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and within scope.
Set and track product KPIs, using data to guide future iterations.
Optimize product funnels and user experience for higher engagement and conversions.
Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery processes for customers.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Proven experience managing digital products — ideally in the online education, info-product, or SaaS space.
Strong understanding of the customer journey and how to design products that deliver transformation.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
Familiarity with product hosting and delivery platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Skool, or similar).
Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and upselling strategies.
Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
Bonus: Experience in instructional design, curriculum creation, or gamification.
Who Should Apply
This role is ideal for a systems-minded creative — someone who can blend strategic thinking with flawless execution. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving between big-picture vision and hands-on product building.
Please do not apply if:
You need constant step-by-step guidance.
You aren’t comfortable owning a project from start to finish.
You’re not interested in understanding the customer deeply.
You prefer sticking to one type of product without exploring new formats.
