As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-obsessed Marketing Manager to lead campaigns from strategy to execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics, loves testing and iterating, and knows how to turn attention into revenue.


Role Overview


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and convert them into paying customers. You’ll be working closely with the founder, creative team, and product leads to make sure every campaign is aligned with our growth goals.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives across paid ads, email, social, and more.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), organic social, email, and partnerships.

  • Manage funnel performance from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions.

  • Create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and sales copy in collaboration with the creative team.

  • Build, segment, and nurture email lists for maximum engagement and conversion.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test creatives, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

  • Coordinate with video, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend strategically, and track return on investment.

  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to uncover new opportunities.

  • Implement tracking and analytics to monitor performance (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hyros, etc.).

  • Experiment with new growth channels and creative approaches.


Qualifications and Skills Required


  • Proven experience managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and funnel strategy.

  • Experience with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mautic, Klaviyo, or similar).

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it.

  • Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and offer creation.

  • Ability to work quickly, iterate often, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bonus: Experience in the info-product, online course, or digital education space.
