About Us

Edegree.io is a fast-growing digital education brand committed to building world-class learning experiences. Our mission is to empower creators and educators by combining high-impact content with cutting-edge operational systems. We produce everything from online courses and digital products to content-driven marketing campaigns.

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a tech-savvy, systems-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead the operational backbone of our education division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building systems that scale, and has a deep understanding of modern no-code tools and tech stacks.

Role Overview

The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the operational infrastructure of Edegree.io. From system automation and process design to team coordination and internal tooling, the COO will play a critical role in ensuring our backend runs efficiently, smoothly, and intelligently.

You’ll be working directly with the founder and creative teams to connect strategy to execution—making sure our tech stack, team structure, and daily ops align with long-term growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the education division, ensuring seamless execution across systems and teams.

  • Design and maintain automated workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Hubspot, and Typeform.

  • Build and manage internal documentation, SOPs, dashboards, and process maps to streamline team efficiency.

  • Lead team operations: scheduling, communication systems, hiring systems, and performance tracking.

  • Own and optimize CRM and customer journeys using platforms like Hubspot.

  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and fluid execution of launches.

  • Build internal tools and client-facing portals with platforms like Framer, Notion, or Airtable.

  • Manage projects and product development pipelines from ideation to implementation.

  • Track key business metrics, growth KPIs, and operational OKRs.

  • Solve problems proactively, eliminate bottlenecks, and continuously improve team workflows.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Proven experience in operations, systems building, or technical project management—ideally in a digital product or education company.

  • Deep familiarity with no-code tools (Airtable, Notion, Make, Zapier, Typeform, Framer).

  • Experience implementing and optimizing CRM platforms like Hubspot.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to create clarity and structure out of chaos.

  • Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional creative teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of product development workflows, customer lifecycle, and remote team collaboration.

  • Leadership experience is a big plus—especially in managing remote or async teams.

Who Should Apply

This role is ideal for someone who considers themselves a “systems thinker” and loves making complex things simple. If you’re equal parts strategist and operator—someone who thrives when building, connecting, and optimizing tools, people, and processes—this is your dream role.

Please do not apply if:

  • You prefer following systems rather than building them.

  • You’re looking for a part-time or side-gig while juggling multiple roles.

  • You’re not interested in ownership, responsibility, or leading a team.

Why Join Us?

We’re building something special—a company that values creativity, systems, and high performance. As our COO, you won’t just be “running operations,” you’ll be helping to shape the infrastructure of a fast-growing digital education business.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 100% Remote work environment with full autonomy and creative trust.

  • Direct collaboration with the founder and core leadership.

  • Freedom to build systems your way—with the tools you love.

  • Clear, high-impact role with real influence on the company’s trajectory.

  • Competitive compensation based on your skill set and leadership scope.
